Implement OpenMI to communicate with hydrology models
Description
OpenMI is a standard to communicate between hydrology models like SWAT and SWIMM. It makes it easier to send and get data to and from models that are OpenMI compliant.
If we can implement this in a plug-in we can easily communicate with those models.
