Add TauDEM binaries

Description

Several MW4 plug-ins use the TauDEM binaries: http://hydrology.usu.edu/taudem/taudem5/index.html
Those plug-ins (Automatic Water Delineation, SWAT) will also be converted to MW5 and the TauDEM functions could be added to the toolbox.

I think a good idea is to create a MW5.TauDEM.dll which wraps the handling of the TauDEM binaries. In MW4 this was done by using Process to make command line calls.

On http://hydrology.usu.edu/taudem/taudem5/downloads.html I read TauDEM has a dependency on GDALv1.11. We use GDALv2.
I'll try to inform if a TauDEM version for GDALv2 is planned. Or else we need to add the GDALv1.11 binaries to the TauDEM output folder.

I see the TauDEM binaries are now also on GDAL v2.
Making it all much more simpler.

I've got an answer back from Prof. David Tarboton.
They have no immediate plans to upgrade to GDAL v2, but we are welcome to do it ourselves.
They also have no plans to make the TauDEM tools OpenMI compliant.

I see the source code is open-source and is on GitHub: https://github.com/dtarb/TauDEM/tree/master/src
Perhaps we can make a more simpler wrapper in C++ and skip the command line part.
